B.         QUALITY ASSURANCE DIVISION

             1.      Request for (1) Preliminary Approval of Proposed Amendments to
                      Section 4-60-10, Hawaii Administrative Rules, entitled “Minimum Prices
                       in the Hawaii Milk Shed,” Pertaining to Increasing the Minimum Price to
                       Milk Producers in the Hawaii Milk Shed, and (2) Authorization for the
                       Chairperson to Schedule a Public Hearing and to Appoint a Hearing
                       Officer in Connection with (1).

                       Action:  Approved

 

        C.          PLANT INDUSTRY DIVISION

            1.     Request to: (1) Amend Two Permits to Allow the Use of an Unlisted Virus,
                   West Nile Virus, Determined to be High Risk, for Laboratory Animal
                    Inoculation Study by the University of Hawaii; and (2) Establish Permit
                    Conditions for the Use of an Unlisted Virus, West Nile Virus, Determined
                    to be High Risk, for Laboratory Animal Inoculation Study by the   
                    University of Hawaii

                                Action:  Approved

            D.         AGRICULTURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

             1.     Request for Authorization to Terminate General Lease No. S-1013,
                    Issue Cancellation Document, and Dispose of Lot through Negotiation
                    Waianae Agricultural Park, Lot 5, Island of Oahu

                    Action:  Approved

              2.  Agricultural Water Use and Development Plan, 2007 Update (Phase III)
                   (Presented by University of Hawaii, College of Tropical Agriculture and
                    Human Resources)
