A.         AGRICULTURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIVISION

1.            Request for Approval to Dispose of Agricultural Park Lots through    
           Negotiation 7 lots, Pahoa Ag Park, Keonepoko, Puna, Hawaii.

              
             Action:  Approved

  2.         Request that Maui Master Builders, Inc. Contract be Referred to
             the Department of the Attorney General for Resolution – Contract
             No. 58066, Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment,
             Molokai Irrigation System, Molokai.

                          Action:  Approved

 

B.        QUALITY ASSURANCE DIVISION

 

1.        Request for (1) Preliminary Approval of Proposed Amendments to Chapter 4-86,
          Hawaii Administrative Rules, entitled “Petroleum Product Accounting and Inspection”
          and (2) Authorization for the Chairperson to Schedule a Public Hearing and to  
          Appoint  a Hearing Officer in Connection with (1).

                     Action:  Approved

           2.        Update on “Food Safety and Traceability:   System Status”
