Agricultural Resource Management Division

The Hawai`i Department of Agriculture (HDOA) began replacing irrigation water meters in April 2021 and anticipate completing the work in November 2021.  Work hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  In addition to replacing water meters and valves, work will be performed on other miscellaneous irrigation system components.

The streets affected are Kahilu Road, Mana Road, and Lalamilo Farm Road.  Irrigation system customers can expect a temporary disruption of service that should last not more than one day per week.  A detailed schedule of water shut-down times will be provided in a separate notice as the contractor progresses through the project.  Motorists and pedestrians are advised to proceed with caution through the construction areas.
