2023 National Restaurant Association Show – Chicago, May 20 -23

The National Restaurant Association Show, the nation’s largest foodservice industry trade show, will be held from May 20-23, 2023, Chicago.

HDOA has organized a Hawaii Pavilion in the American Food Fair section along with other State Departments of Agriculture to showcase U.S. products.

This is an excellent opportunity to meet with over 41,000 qualified foodservice buyers across the nation and the world.

Participation entails:

  • Booth: A 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth comes with carpet, basic furniture, signage, drape, and electricity.
  • Cost: Companies are responsible for airfare, lodging cost, sample shipment cost, and 50% of the booth fee ($1925.00). (HDOA will pay the remaining 50% of the booth fee)
  • Chef Demonstration: You will be able to donate your products to the chef’s demo and be featured among buyers present
