1.  “Report on (1) Status of Citrus Greening Disease (Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus) and Asian Citrus Psyllid (Diaphorina citri Kuwayama) in the United States, including Federal Quarantines, and Implications for Hawaii; (2) Possible Measures to Prevent Introduction of Citrus Greening Disease (Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus) into Hawaii; and (3) Related Control Options for Citrus Greening Disease and the Insect Vector, Asian Citrus Psyllid.”
