                          decision of the hearings officer that A. DeCoite Ranch, LLC is entitled to be the 
                          registrant of the brand “ZD.”

              D.    PLANT INDUSTRY DIVISION

                     1.   Request to: (1) Allow the Importation of Two Pesticides, Botanigard^®ES and 
                           Mycotrol^®O, Each Containing Beauveria bassiana GHA,  a Fungus on the List of 
                           Restricted Microorganisms (Part A), Under Emergency Permit, for Field Study to 
                          Control the Coffee Berry Borer, by the Hawaii Department of Agriculture; and (2) 
                          Establish Permit Conditions for Emergency Permit to Allow the Importation of  
                          Two Pesticides, Botanigard^®ES and Mycotrol^®O, Each Containing Beauveria bassiana 
                          GHA, a Fungus on the List of Restricted Microorganisms (Part A), Under Emergency 
                          Permit, for Field Study to Control the Coffee Berry Borer, by the Hawaii Department
