Request for (1) Preliminary Review of the Following Currently Unlisted Scorpionfish: Lacey (Merlet’s) Scorpionfish (Rhinopias aphaenes), Japanese Scorpionfish (R. argoliba), Easter Island Scorpionfish (R. cea), Eschmeyer’s Scorpionfish (R. eschmeyeri), Weedy Scorpionfish (R. frondosa), and Strange-eye Scorpionfish (R. xenops), for Future Placement on the List of Restricted Animals (Part A) for Import for Scientific Research and Exhibition; (2) Allow the Importation of the Aforementioned Unlisted Scorpionfish Under Special Permit to the Waikiki Aquarium, for Scientific Research; and (3) Establish Permit Conditions for the Importation of the Aforementioned Unlisted Scorpionfish Under Special Permit to the Waikiki Aquarium, for Scientific Research
