                          1.         Request to: (1) Allow the Importation of an Alga, Porphyra yezoensis, on
                                     the List of Restricted Microorganisms (Part B), for Cultivation at the
                                     Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii Authority at Keahole, Hawaii, by
                                     NoriTech Hawaii, Inc.; and (2) Establish Permit Conditions for the
                                     Importation of an Alga, Porphyra yezoensis, on the List of Restricted
                                     Microorganisms (Part B), for Cultivation at the Natural Energy Laboratory
                                     of Hawaii Authority at Keahole, Hawaii,by NoriTech Hawaii, Inc.
