1.   Request for Approval of One (1) Direct New Farmer Loan to Hawaii Clean Seed, LLC, Daniel Kelly, and Hugh Johnson (co-borrowers).

 

Action:  Approval

Disposition:  Loan being processed for closing.

 

2.   Request for Approval of One (1) Direct Farm Ownership Loan and One (1) Direct Operating Loan to Maui Dragon Fruit Farm, LLC.

Action:  Approval

Disposition:  Loan being processed for closing.

Disposition:  Assignment and consent documents have been executed.

 

2.   Request for Approval to Issue After-the-Fact Renewal of Revocable Permit No. S-2001 to Stephen A. DeLuz, for Pasture Purposes

Action:  Approval

Disposition:  Drafted and transmitted new revocable permit on 8/6/12 for signatures.

Disposition:  Revocable permit is on hold until water issues can be resolved.

Action:  Approval

Disposition:  Consent document is being reviewed by the deputy attorney general.
