♦ Previous Informational Meetings & Workshops:

  • Oahu Informational Meetings – The Hawaii Department of Health (DOH), along with its partners at the Hawaii Department of Agriculture (HDOA) and the University of Hawaii College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR), will be hosting a series of community meetings on rat lungworm disease on Oahu.

    Meetings will take place at the following dates and locations from 6–8 p.m.:
    • Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017: Ala Wai Elementary School Cafeteria
    • Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017: Ewa Elementary School Cafeteria
    • Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017: Kaneohe Elementary School Cafeteria

An intensive and comprehensive workshop is being offered by the University of Hawaii College of Tropical Agriculture & Human Resources on the requirements of the federal Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) on Nov. 13 – 15, 2017. T
