The 1st embed is using auto embed built into WP.  Just paste the link to the video within the Visual view of the editor.

 

The 2nd embed is using the embed code provided by your YouTube page.  Copy and paste that code into the Text view of the editor.  You can set the width and height to whatever you like from within the code (height=”315″ width=”560″).  Make sure to keep the ratio the same, otherwise you can delete the height parameter and just change the width to whatever you like.  The height will then auto adjust to whatever width you choose.
